Health Guarantee

At Alfa French-Bullies, we prioritize the health and well-being of our puppies. We offer the following health guarantee to ensure your peace of mind:

  1. Vaccination & Worming:
All vaccinations and deworming treatments are administered as per the provided schedule. We recommend having your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of possession.

  2. Health Examination:
If a licensed veterinarian identifies a life-threatening congenital defect or major health issue during the exam, a replacement puppy of equal value will be provided. The buyer must:

    • Notify the breeder within 24 hours of the exam.
    • Return the puppy and AKC registration papers within 24 hours, at the buyer’s expense.
    • Provide a signed document from the veterinarian confirming the defect.
  3. Exclusions:
This guarantee does not cover minor conditions like uneven bites, undescended testicles, grade 1-2 heart murmurs, fleas, mites, ringworm, kennel cough, hernias, Coccidia, giardia, or other intestinal parasites.

  4. Contagious Diseases:
We are not responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Coronavirus after 48 hours post-sale, as these are highly contagious and can be contracted after leaving our care.

  5. Congenital Defect Coverage:
Your puppy is guaranteed against life-threatening congenital defects for one year from the date of birth. If such a condition is found, the breeder will replace the puppy (subject to availability). No refunds will be issued.

    • A written statement from a licensed veterinarian is required.
    • In case of death due to a congenital defect, a veterinarian’s report or autopsy is required.
    • The breeder is not responsible for any veterinary or medical expenses.
  6. Registration & Breeding Rights:

    • Pet puppies are sold with limited registration and must be spayed or neutered before 9 months of age.
    • Show and breeding prospects are sold with full registration, but we do not guarantee the puppy will earn titles or be fit for breeding.
  7. Ongoing Care:
Your puppy has been on a vaccination and deworming schedule. These records will be provided, and it’s essential to continue this care with your veterinarian, including annual boosters.

  8. Legal Agreement:
In the event of legal action, the buyer agrees to cover all court costs and attorney fees for both parties. All proceedings will occur in the breeder’s state and county.
